Four rams were used this year for superior GIN resistance. We introduced two new rams for new bloodlines – Tamarack and Allegro. Josey was HRF’s 2009 best of the best and will add loin girth as well as conformation and GIN resistance. Magnum has sired the best parasite resistant sheep for HRF. Allegro is just getting started in the NSIP database since his sire was not in the program and the numbers are not reflective of his true ability. Tamarack is a spectacular black ram from a leading parasite resistant flock- he has stellar EPD’s and wonderful conformation.
